We will need the quantity, dimensions, material specifications and desired finish. Digital drawings are best, but we understand that they may not always be available. Reference photos or even a hand-drawn sketch can be sufficient to get the process started.
Yes, our knowledgeable team would be happy to create the digital drawings for your parts that are necessary for the machining process. In many cases we can start the process with as little as a simple hand-drawn sketch or customer provided dimensions and measurements.
We do stock many common materials and in cases where third-party procurement is necessary, we work closely with a diverse supply chain to procure the right materials for the job as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We pride ourselves on attentive customer service and responsiveness to customer needs. The timeline for a specific project varies depending upon material availability, design complexity, quantity of parts and desired finishing process, among other factors. Pipe size refers to a nominal - not actual - inside pipe diameter. Schedule refers to the pipe's wall thickness. The actual physical OD is larger than its nominal OD. The dimensions provided for tubing, on the other hand, refer to the actual outside diameter.
